What service packages do we offer and what fees apply?

Everything included in the Let & Rent Collection Package in addition to the following:

Property Inspections - every 4 months our property manager will attend the property to check the overall condition and a report will be emailed to you.
Inventory - at the beginning of the tenancy, an inventory will be carried out for use in the event of a dispute of the deposit at the end of the tenancy.
Check-Out Inspection - the property will be formally inspected at the end of the tenancy.
Property Trust Group Ltd will deal with all maintenance related to the letting of the property.

Property Marketing - property will be advertised on Zoopla and Rightmove as well as on the Property Trust Group website.
Reference and Credit Check - prospective tenants will be fully referenced, references are chargeable to the Landlord.
Draw up Tenancy Agreement & Hand Over Keys to Tenant - a tenancy agreement will be drawn up by ourselves and signed with the tenant. On the move-in day, we will meet the tenant at the property and pass them over the keys.
Rent Collection - Property Trust Group will collect the rent from the tenants for you each month. We will also chase rent if necessary and ensure rent is always paid promptly.
